TeamBuilder HR was created to support founders and leaders who care deeply about their people but don’t have time to build HR systems from scratch. We focus on clear, repeatable practices that make hiring, onboarding, feedback, and culture easier to run—without losing the human side.

We’ve worked with growing teams across different stages—from early-stage startups to established organizations—helping them move from reactive, ad-hoc HR to simple, aligned systems that actually get used.

I’m a people-first HR and leadership professional who genuinely loves helping others grow. Having lived in three different countries, I bring a broad, inclusive perspective to my work. My experiences as a woman, person of colour, neurodivergent individual, and member of the 2SLGBTQ+ community shape how I show up and create judgement-free spaces where people feel seen and supported. With a background in HR, DEI, and program design, I focus on helping individuals and teams build confidence, navigate challenges, and do their best work in ways that feel authentic and sustainable.
