Do you the handle recruiting directly?
While this particular service focuses on building up and implementing good strategies for your people practices and operations, we do handle recruitment ourselves. You can add on going full-cycle recruitment onto any package or if you simply just want end-to-end recrutiment, we do provide that as an ad hoc project based service. What if we’re unsure of the exact problem?
That’s completely normal. Many clients know something isn’t working but can’t pinpoint it yet. We’ll help you identify the key issues and how to address them.
What if we need urgent hiring support?
That’s often when this service is most valuable. We’ll start with making sure that hire is the right one while we simultaneously will make sure you have a proper process in place to make better, faster decisions, even under tight timelines.
What if we need more hours mid-engagement?
Your retainer covers a set number of hours per week. If you need more, you can add hours for a fee. This will be written into your contract so there are no surprises.
Can we add 1-on-1 coaching on top of this?
